Returns and Exchanges for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped ItemsAll items sold by Happy Scent undergo rigorous quality control procedures to ensure their excellence. We inspect and package every order with care, fully ensuring all shipments are against loss or damage.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we will gladly replace them. You must initiate the return process within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate order cancellations or item exchanges, but they can be processed as a return/refund following the conditions below:

Return and Refund Process:

  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging.Complete the Return Form provided with your Order Confirmation.Send an email to happyscentph@gmail.com, attaching your Return Form and all necessary documentation (photos, screenshots, etc.).Once your Return Request is approved, you can arrange for a pick-up of the item(s) or set an appointment to visit one of our eligible stores for the return. Please note that all pick-ups and in-person returns MUST BE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL to be processed.After the item has been picked up or returned in person to the store, notify us via email.

Eligibility for Return or ExchangeTo be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must apply:

  • You must complete a Return Form.Present your original receipt.The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.All disposable seals must remain intact.The product must include all accompanying accessories.The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated through our Customer Service via the email address provided above.

We will not issue refunds for returns that do not meet all of the conditions mentioned above. If all conditions are met, we will refund the value of the returned product(s) and applicable sales tax. Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of receiving your merchandise, subject to approval by our quality assurance team.

Refunds will be credited to the same card or account used for the original purchase. No physical cash refunds will be issued. The timeline for account crediting varies and is generally within one or two billing cycles from the return date. Check your credit or debit card or account’s refund policy for specific details.

The refund value will include the product’s cost and the delivery charges paid during your item’s shipment, as indicated in the order confirmation and invoice. We do not issue store credits or accept exchanges.

Please note that written approval from Happy Scent’s Customer Service department is required to claim any refunds. Customers are responsible for any shipping or transportation fees associated with returning an item.
